GP-50 Fuel Project
An electric fuel pump for the Kohler Magnum 8 helps avoid vapor locking.
Mounted away from the motor and low in the frame.
The old mechanical fuel pump mounted directly on the motor is the source of overheating the fuel.
The new fuel line is re-routed down and around the motor to keep the fuel cooler.
I installed a glass fuel filter in-line to make seeing impurities easier.
